Our Training
Program
Benefits
Apprenticeship program :
9 month program that consists of 3 phases
You will be immersed with training specifically for our Apprentices at Amaré Hairsalon. Through our partnership with AVEDA, you will receive intense training on all our foundational haircuts, color, and styling services, as well as working side-by-side with your Educator to learn the in's and out's of life behind the chair. You will also have guests by Week 3 of the program to start building your clientele from one to three days a week throughout the phases.
Stylist:
Hooray, you have made it through the program and are ready to take on guests during your 4 day work week schedule. This foundation is established through the Apprenticeship program and takes a deep-dive into more advanced techniques, applications and services.
Generous Compensation
Our pay is comparable to what an independent stylist takes home after taxes and expenses. We coach stylists to scale their business behind the chair based on the income they want to have. We have a career goal plan with end game earning six figures within 2-3 years.
Consistent Education
We're education obsessed. We attend classes, host in our space, and are always seeking out in demand educators. We encourage self led education from our TEAM
Exceptional Online Booking for our TEAM
We provide the newest and most client friendly software for booking appointments. Stylist have full access to their books on their phone and the freedom to book their own appointments if they want.
Luxury Salon
We have a beautiful Zen Salon for our guests and TEAM. Our color and backbar are fully stocked providing you an enjoyable experience.
Flexible Schedule
We believe in a work week of 30 hours or less which means we allow our stylists to work as few as 3-4 days a week depending on Level. Accumulating Paid time Off (PTO) and Unlimited days off while still accommodating our salon guests.
Team Bonding
We take the Amaré TEAM very serious. We are more than just coworkers... we're a FAM! We like to plan small gatherings, getaways, Team dinners, outings, etc...
