In consideration of our other guests and your service provider we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, please allow as much notice as possible. Any cancellations given within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time, may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service price..

 

Guests who arrive 15 minutes or later to their scheduled appointment time may be subject to forfeit their appointment and/or service(s) scheduled. This is done in an effort to be able to respect and serve all of our guests and their scheduled times.

Gaurantee policy - if you are not happy with your cut or color service within 7 days - contact us and we will adjust at no charge with the same Service Provider.
