Depending on your individual plan, certain services, such as Specialized Head Spa treatments, may qualify for reimbursement or the use of your card. You might need an LMN (Letter of Medical Necessity) or Superbill, which we can provide.

To qualify for FSA/HSA, you must first reserve a Consultation with our Scalp Specialist for a fee, and your FSA/HSA card may be used for this visit.

You may request an itemized receipt (superbill). Receipts will include the necessary details for submission to your benefits provider for potential reimbursement. We do not bill insurance, FSA, or HSA providers directly and are not responsible for denied claims.
